Croc Drop Logo Trademarked

  November 6th 2020

Croc Drop Logo Trademarked. Following a little digging on the UK Trademark Office, Chessington Buzz can officially reveal the planned logo for Croc Drop. The new ride, scheduled to open in 2021 replaces Rameses Revenge as part of Chessington’s Forbidden Kingdom.

The logo, shown below features a bold crocodile skin colour palette and features a large eye feature. Similar in shape to that of Oblivion at Alton Towers and Oblivion: The Black Hole at Gardaland. Former Chessington creative designer, Andy Porter, is believed to have designed the logo.

Although Chessington has yet to officially reveal the name of the new ride, we believe the name is 99% confirmed. The eye emblem which features in the logo is carved into the themed entrance archway into the rides show building. Alongside the trademark filing, Chessington Buzz is confident in using this name going forward. Now that the Croc Drop Logo had been trademarked.

With the UK now in a second lockdown, updates on the construction of the attraction are temporarily on hold but will return following the reopening of the Resort in December.
