Merlin Announces a New Partner. Merlin Entertainment’s, Chessington’s parent company has today announced a new partnership with Aramark.
Set to take over the operation and management of Chessington’s food and beverage operation from March 2022. Aramark is a global leader in food and facilities management. Alongside Chessington and its Resort Hotels, Aramark will take over at Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, Legoland and Warwick Castle. As well as Legoland Florida and California in the United States.
They will be introducing new food and beverage menus as well as fresh new concepts. Each resort and hotel will have its own unique food and beverage offerings based on the theme of the hotel. With a view to improving quality, and service and cutting waste. Aramark will slowly take over the operation at Chessington, starting in April 2022.
Building an innovative and high-quality food and beverage offering for our guests is part of our continued business strategy to deliver the very best guest days out and short breaks. Aramark’s accomplishments in driving world-class hospitality programmes at many of the most prestigious sporting events, iconic locations, and leading destinations in the world make them a great partner to elevate our food offering as part of the magic and memorable experiences we offer our guests.
