Entertainment Returns to Chessington
July 20th 2025
Entertainment returns to Chessington. Live shows are back at Chessington World of Adventures, and the park feels alive with energy once again. Earlier this year, all entertainment was removed from the park’s lineup. Guests noticed the quiet stages and missing performances. However, that silence didn’t last. Following a new deal with RWS Global, live shows have returned to Chessington for the summer season.
Merlin Entertainments partnered with RWS Global to provide entertainment across its UK theme parks. Now, that partnership is taking shape. A brand-new team of eight performers has arrived at the resort. They’re bringing singing, dancing and sparkle back to the stage. Guests can now enjoy two all-new shows, running daily across the park throughout the summer.
First up is “Wild Beats: Battle for the Crown,” performed on the Mane Stage. This high-energy show features three lively acts, each battling it out to win the Chessington crown. They’ll sing, dance and wow the crowd with big performances — and they need your cheers to win.
Over at the Adventure Point Stage, the second show takes guests on a park-wide journey. “Lands Unite: A Grand Adventure” is a colourful, fast-paced celebration of the Worlds of Adventure. It’s packed with fun moments, themed costumes and interactive surprises for guests of all ages.
Together, these two shows bring fresh life to the park and mark a big return for live entertainment. They’ll run through the summer, giving guests more reasons to stop, watch and cheer. What comes next is still unclear. Shows for Howl’O’ween and Winter’s Tail haven’t yet been confirmed. Even so, this summer’s return is a strong step forward. Chessington’s stages are alive — and the magic is back.
