Chessington Forced To Close

Due to the ongoing global Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic, Chessington World of Adventures has announced it will close until further notice.  In a statement made on the parks social media profiles, the park has stated that they will close from Saturday, March 21st. Meaning that they will close the resort after only 2 days open for the season.

“Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have made the decision to close the Resort from Saturday, March 21, 2020. We believe this is the right decision to protect the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff.

The Resort will remain closed until further notice. Please refer to our website and social media channels for further updates on re-opening.

If you have booked a visit to us in the coming weeks please visit https://www.chessington.com/our-company/coronavirus/ for more information and advice.

Please ‘bear’ with us during this unprecedented time, we really do appreciate your patience. There is a pride of people behind the screen working hard to help you all – so please be kind.”
